This revolutionary perm rod, patented in five countries both domestically and internationally, took 20 years to conceive and develop, conceived by an inspired hairstylist. Its lightweight perm rod features a thin rubber coating, optimized for tensionless winding, and a single rubber band (#18) securely holds the hair in place. The cold perm (Cosme Curl at our salon) uses a water-based formula, so intermediate washes can be easily achieved with a dropper. Designed and optimized for winding without pulling on the hair. Even with a single large rubber band (#18), the rod is firmly fixed, and the customer does not feel like they are being wrapped around the hair. This changes the conventional idea of perms from painful to easy, achieving a beautiful perm with a highly reproducible set look!
